I recently hired InTimeInvestigations to help me find the address of a builder who had caused damage to my property. I needed this information to take legal action against the builder and was relieved when InTimeInvestigations provided me with an address. However, things quickly went wrong.

After winning the court case, I involved a debt collector to retrieve the money I was owed by the builder. When they attempted to locate the builder's address, they found that it was different to the one provided by InTimeInvestigations. This immediately caused problems and the case was thrown out by the court due to the incorrect address provided by InTimeInvestigations.

Naturally, I contacted InTimeInvestigations to find out why they had provided me with an incorrect address. However, their response was not helpful at all. They were extremely rude and showed no concern for my situation. They also pointed me towards a clause in their small print that absolved them of any responsibility beyond 30 days of their investigation.

As we had heard that the company had a good reputation, we didn't think twice before hiring them. We provided the name, date of birth and a few previous addresses to the man, and during a telephone conversation, Mr. Leon Hart, the owner of InTime Investigations, pledged to us that he would find the man.

We were very pleasantly surprised when Mr. Hart confirmed his pledge by emailing us the progress of his search. We didn't mind paying the ?200 fee Mr. Hart requested, as we believed that his search would be successful. About two weeks later, Mr. Hart provided us with an address. Unfortunately, as we discovered very quickly, the address he had given us was false. The man we were looking for had left that address two years ago! This was a big disappointment, as we had expected Mr. Hart to provide us with accurate information after we had paid him for his services.

When we contacted Mr. Hart to complain that the information we had received was incorrect, he replied that the information was the result of his search, and that was it. However, we didn't pay for a search; we had paid for the information, which, in this case, turned out to be false. Because Mr. Hart had not fulfilled his obligation, we demanded a refund. Sadly, he refused to give us one, which we found to be very impertinent.

In conclusion, we were very disappointed with InTime Investigations and Mr. Hart's trading practices, which we found to be immoral. Mr. Hart took money from us for something he did not do properly, and he wasn't even willing to refund our money. Therefore, we can't recommend his services to anyone. We hope our experience will prevent anyone else from falling victim to such trading practices.
