2day express delivery
I submitted an order with engraving on this last Wednesday March 17 2014 for 2 day express delivery by Simone! At no time did she say this order may not make it by Friday! This was a birthday gift and I made reservations for a family party knowing this gift was going to be delivered Friday the 19th, I received an email to check my order with details saying I would receive the package Friday. I called fedex Friday simply making sure the package would arrive, fedex said it wouldn't arrive until Monday! I called Cartier and spoke with Jonathon, all I got was how nobody at Cartier could be accountable for anything. I called fedex back asking if I could pick up the package Saturday, all I got was lame excuses. I called Cartier back and asked to speak with a supervisor, I spoke with Mona and was told she would call me back Friday if the package was going to be delivered to me by Saturday which was already late. I did everything according to Simone so the package would be delivered by Friday. I've been an outstanding loyal customer to Cartier since 1987 when I was 18, I am now 45. The only time it counted I was let down. I have not even touched on how I was spoken to by Simone! My only words are unprofessional with no accountability for her actions! Jonathon was equally as bad! I have made purchases in Cartier Boutiques around the world and never received this kind of service, never was I lied to when I was face to face by a rep. The Cartier website and it's flaws should have prepared me for the kind of customer service I was going to receive when I called! The website messed up from the start that's why I had to call Simone who spoke down to me as though she was doing me a favor the entire time. Cartier needs to go above and beyond on this one.

Strap broke 4 times and no service at all from Cartier!
I have bought a Cartier Ballon Bleu in Cozumel, Mexico. In the first few months the strap just fell off my arm. I took it to the shop where I have bought it and they repaired it. After a couple of months the same happened. They have repaired again. When it happened the third time in 1 year! They have sent it directly to Cartier in Mexico City and apparently it was a known problem in the Ballon Bleu line of Cartier. They repaired it and after a couple of months it happened for the 4th time. I wrote Cartier Mexico and they just send me back to the shop where I had bought it in the first place. Today it felt off my arm for the 5th time. Does anybody know how I can get to somebody at Cartier who will listen to this and actually solve this? I took my Santos to HK Cartier repair centre for a change of battery. I was urged to get it back several times. When I finally went there for my watch back, I was stunned at the message that my watch only ran for 2 days after it was delivered to the counter for my pick-up. What a joke!
Is the French Headquarters management too busy cutting staff to attend to complaints from all different parts of the world?
Poor Service
My (now) wife and I bought a set of wedding rings at Cartier costing several thousand dollars. we told them when our wedding was and they said they would resize and engrave our rings prior to the wedding in 3 weeks, the work would only take 2 weeks. after several phone calls near the end of the 2 weeks, still no rings. it wasn't until my wife went to the shop the day BEFORE the wedding that she found out they were NOT in the workshop, she had to go to the workshop and wait for them to be done. She was then told that the wedding rings do NOT come with a box - what then? a zip-lock bag? do NOT buy from this company - so sad a seemingly prestigious brand treats customers like this - buy Tiffany or some other brand!

Stolen Ring
16th Jan 2011, I took off my wedding ring to wash my face before rushing off to the airport (LAX) and upon reaching the airport, found my ring missing. I called Portofino Anaheim immediately and cried for help. But the ring has gone missing. I'm very sure the chamber maid took it since she was already outside the door when we left. However, they denied everything. I wouldn't care less if it was a normal ring, but this was my wedding ring. I would make a police report or send this to a beurea if someone could please direct me to one.
Taking your money and never delivering
I ordered an engagement ring from the Cartier collection, I was told it would take 3 months for delivery. Three days before Christmas, they said the ring is no longer made and hasn't been made for more than a year. They said I could buy something else or they would refund my payment within 30 days. Of course I want my money back, but to wait three months to tell me something they should have known immediately? That is fraud, at best; but THREE DAYS BEFORE CHRISTMAS!?! Do yourself a favor, DON'T BUY FORM CARTIER!

Please help. I have been a Cartier costumer since 1985 and own several watches, jewelery a glasses. I recently sent in a pair in to get serviced and had one broken part and one that was bent but could be repaired. They send me a bill for $771 for the repair.
