Company promised to help us migrate our website from one platform to another. After waiting 2 weeks they did a little work. But it was clear they had no idea what to do. Im not sure they have ever done a migration from Shopify to Magento 2 before. We spent over $1500 and have now filed a chargeback. I dont think they will ever respond. We have now gone to a new migration company and it was done in 4 hours. Stay far away from this company.
