CarParts.com review: Mk6713 ball joint - front, driver or passenger side, lower

I ordered 2 of this item to replace the ball joints on my front end. I bought this product ~2 weeks ago but only had the opportunity to use it last weekend. I did not inspect either of these 2 items before I used them. I put the first one on my vehicle and only then opened the second box to discover the ball joint was different from the first. One ball joint had a fitting compatible with a grease gun (as pictured in the online image for ordering the part), and one ball joint did not have that fitting and was therefore not greaseable. It is not what I ordered, but I had no choice but to use it, as the car I put it on was my only mode of transportation and there was no available alternative in my area. I am requesting another ball joint that I can use to replace what was incorrectly sent to me. I am happy to return the other ball joint after the fact. Pictures attached. One image shows the 2 boxes with the same part number that I received + the incorrect part, and the other image shows the already-installed correct part on my vehicle (but you can see the grease fitting).
