Caroline J. Smith & Associates

Me and my boyfriend was in a really scary and overwhelming time when we got an unfair eviction from our mean corporate landlord. We got a letter from Caroline's office in the mail that told us about the eviction before we even got the papers. We reached out to Caroline and her associates and they were a godsend during the most scary time in our lives. The lawyers and office staff were understanding, reassuring, and patient while working with us to make sure we understood everything happening, and at the end of the day got a result we were happy with. We will be leaving our current living situation, but we are doing it on our terms, which would not have been possible without Caroline and team. I hope to never face a situation like we did again, but I'm sure if we do, Caroline and associates will be my first call!

I went to a meetin' with Mrs. in April. She's a lawyer and I talked to her 'bout my eviction case. She said she'd take the case for $750 and I paid her that day. She said she'd try to get us 2 months to move out. I said that was enough time. I even said I'd pay to stay longer if needed. She said she had our best interest at heart. A week later she called and said the landlord's lawyer wanted to settle. She said she'd try to get us more time. A few days later she called and said they wanted us out in 30 days. I said that wasn't enough time. She said the landlord's lawyer had to leave town. I said she promised to plead my case for more time. She said to get a storage space and a hotel. I didn't agree but she said to sign. I regret doin' business with her. She said I owe her $1500. She let my family down. I gotta find another way. PH#
