I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with CarMats.co.uk. I ordered some mats for my car and the website said it would take 9 days to make and deliver them. But it's been 29 days now and still no sign of them. I've been emailing back and forth with them, but it's been a real hassle. Today I finally asked for a refund, but can you believe it? No reply! What kind of service is that? I definitely won't be using them again and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I am so disappointed with my experience with CarMats. I ordered car mats for my new Nissan Micra on the 3rd of March 2019 and they took my money from my Mastercard on the same day. It is now the 19th of March 2019 and I still haven't received my mats. I have sent two emails to ***@carmats.co.uk and filled out two of their "contact us" forms, but I haven't received any replies. It's frustrating because I really need those mats for my car.

I have to agree with Andrea S. who also left a review about CarMats. It seems like they don't care about their customers and their orders. I just hope that they will respond to my emails soon and send me my mats. I don't want to have to go through the hassle of getting a refund.
