I bought a part from Diesel Parts Direct and their website said it would ship the same day

I bought a part from Diesel Parts Direct and their website said it would ship the same day. But I waited for 2 weeks and still didn't get it. So I ordered from another company and got it in just 2 days. I sent the part back to Diesel Parts Direct on Dec 15th, but I still haven't gotten my money back on my credit card.
