Carflexicar hire - rubbish customer service

After a number of great experiences I then had an appalling one with SciliybyCar (avoid them like the plague!)
i reserved a convertible, only to be told at the airport 'they don't do' convertibles - but they kindly upgraded me to a larger car and offered half a tank on return with no charge- great - BUT when I returned it slightly less than half a tank (between a quarter and half full) they charged me 81Euros for the difference
i contacted Carflexi thinking they made a mistake and an extremely unhelpful woman called Sabrina informed me by email that because i left it less than half a tank they can charge me for the whole tank!!! - and in capitals at the bottom in extra large case she wrote
'Considering this, the charge for 45 liters (sic) is correct'

i wish i could attach the email as its priceless in its lack of customer service - it reminded me of a Little Britain sketch
anyway there is no telephone no. for Customer Service and i was advised that there is an Escalation service!! - cant wait to see what they say :)
