I ordered the Ultimate Feast on May 2nd, 2024 @ 16:06pm at Captain D‘s on Kraft Street in Clarksville, TN 37040!

Order #0112, drive thru. Skakira Guest #010, Register 8.

I waited about may 10 min or so on the Meal I ordered. I live 2 min from this location if that. I got home fixed everybody’s plate. French fries and hushpuppies were old, cold and Flappy.

Everything else in our meal was fresh, fish and shrimp were excellent.

I called the store and let them know about the 2 items, which wasn’t fresh.

I was told to bring the receipt and they would replace the French fries and hushpuppies.

I got there about 5 min. after.

The lady who takes the orders inside, let your Manager ”Shakira“ know, that i have arrived to pick up my replacement.

”Shakira“ can up and was immediately unfriendly. She asked me, if i was certain about the French fries and hushpuppies, that they weren’t fresh.

I said yes absolutely.

Shakira then said that she put this order in herself. I said, well everything was fresh minus the french fries and hushpuppies. She then said, did you bring the French fries and hushpuppies? I replied: No, i was just told to bring in my receipt and the store would replace these 2 items. She then said, if someone could take a picture and send it to me. I said, look i was just told to bring the va receipt, but i can bring these tomorrow, nobody is going b to eat old, cold , flappy fries and hushpuppies.

I said, look while I’m here debating with you, my food at home is getting cold and everyone is waiting for the French fries and hushpuppies, can you please just get my replacement?

After some back and forwards, she grabbed the box with the remake (which was already sitting out, opened it up to show it to me.

I said, these are only 8 hushpuppies, we had more in my order.

She then said with a questioned face: you did? The other employee then told her yes, cause she got the Ultimate Feast, which comes with 12 hushpuppies.

She looked at me and said very smart assy: well you just now have to wait even longer for me to make you 4 more hushpuppies. So, if she prepared my meal first if all, how did she not know, how many hushpuppies were in my order? Is she fit to be a manager, not knowing, what comes in an order? Not to mention the poor customer service/care.

I said ok. Shakira then went to the back.

I then asked the other employee to ask her to also remake the french fries again, since now, they will be cold. I spend a whopping 20 min at least at the store after debating with this lady, who was so rude, while my family was sitting at home to wait for the remainder of our order.

She then finally came out, everything looked good. She asked, if i need s bag. I said: no thank you.

I then let her know, that she will have be a lot more to learn about Customer service/care. She then replied really smartly: well thank you.

This was not ok, i finally got home like almost 30 and some min. after i left my house, which the rest of our meal has gone cold. If i would have known, how awful and drawn out it was, the whole meal should have been replaced.

This was rediculous. Please put someone else in management.

I did drop off the French fries and hushpuppies today after work, Shakira was not in at this time. I gave it to the lady, who was currently working. I don’t know, what she then did with it.

Overall, i find it necessary, for this to be handled by cooperate. And hope that you will reach out to me about this awful experience, i had. And my food all together was cold by the time i arrived home.

Desired outcome: Replacement of the whole meal or refund (which at this point, would be the best).
