We worked with Danny and Jeff, the owners, from Capital Siding and Roofing after a storm damaged our roof and siding. We had an amazing experience working with them for many reasons. They were very professional and have been in the business for 3+ decades I believe, they were very responsive with any questions or issues that we had, and worked very hard with our insurance to get us everything that we needed. The roof turned out great, and the LP Smartside siding that we went with updated the look of the house, and has an incredible warranty on the pre-painted color, and the plank product itself. John, Jimmy, and Tony were the crew that did our siding and soffits, and I can't rave enough about how awesome they are at their jobs, and the high quality workmanship that they put into our house. They as well, having decades of experience. I would highly recommend Capital Siding, Windows & Roofing for your contracting needs! They were really a pleasure to work with.

I could not be more thrilled with Capital and the process was so smooth and so professional. I had 10 new windows installed and from the get- go the team of Jeff and Danny and Brian were outstanding! Jeff and Azael at Capital Roofing were a breathe of fresh air to work with. After having a bit of a fiasco with a previous contractor and having many companies come out to do a quote, they were the most knowledgeable and friendliest folks. There bid was fairly priced and the work they completed was awesome! After six months of having a hole in our roof we can relax knowing the job was done and done well! Thank you so much Capital :)

In the fall of 2020, Capital resided my detached garage, added new door wrapping and replaced the gutters. I wanted to wait a few months to leave a review (to make sure the work held-up over the winter). I am VERY HAPPY to say that there have been no problems and everything looks great (my neighbors have commented on how nice the garage looks, as well). Dan, Jeff and the crews that came out and did the work were all really nice to work with - which wasn't an easy thing to accomplish with the COVID pandemic we were dealing with. The job was completed on time, no mess was left behind, the communication was great - a professional job all the way around. I wouldn't hesitate to have them back out to do additional work on my house. Thanks very much, from me (and I'm sure, from my neighbors)! Dan

We were so pleased with the work Capital did reroofing our home. Our roof is steep with many peaks so it wasn't an easy task. Jeff the owner explained the entire process to us, assisted us with choosing the right shingles and moved our project up to accommodate landscaping work we had scheduled. The entire team worked so hard and long hours to complete our roof a day earlier than anticipated. They were courteous and professional yet still waved or smiled when we headed out to run errands. Azael, the head roofer kept us informed of the teams progress along with sharing updates on the roof. The guys cleaned up every night, and upon completion proactively removed all the debris and the few 'rubs' on the siding from falling shingles. In the past we haven't had alot of success with contractors despite getting recommendations. My husband and I sincerely appreciated the care and quality of the workmanship Capital did on our home.

Complete Re-Roof: tear off, new roofing sheathing, and new shingles, etc Use again? Yes Cost: $13,400 Pros: We got quotes from 3 different companies and decided to go with Capitol Siding, the price was comparable and we really liked Danny - who came and did the estimate. We also like it that they are a local family run business. It went well. Danny and Jeff are very nice, good with communication and professional. We really liked them. They were happy to work with us after we determined the house needed new decking. We had to wait a little past when the thought they'd be able to do the roof - because a delay in the roof they needed to finish before getting to us. Which we took to mean they did the job right and didn't rush to move on to the next thing. Also, we weren't in any rush so it didn't matter to us and they were good at checking in and communicating with us. The roof looks good and we've had no leak issues. They did a good job cleaning up the debris in the yard from the roofing job. Crew were all very friendly, cooperative, courteous and respectful. Cons: > Someone in the crew was smoking on the roof, but when we brought it to Danny's attention he was very apologetic, it was dealt with right away and didn't happen again. > Although they did a good job picking up the yard, once the dumpster was moved we had to pick up all the nails that were left in the driveway. However, my guess is that if we'd have called someone would have come back and picked them up, but we wanted them picked up ASAP so there were no holes in tires. >They did leave a few supplies in the yard, they said they would get it and were very responsive with communication, but they kept forgetting to pick it up. We finally moved it to the side yard and they picked it up a few weeks after the job was finished.
