Worst customer service I've experienced. If they call you back, it's on their terms. If you're not there to answer the phone, you're back in the endless cue. I tried all four options to talk to a person and no one could help me.
When you schedule annual maintenance, you pay upfront 4 months ahead of time, not after the work was done.
I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone if there is an option within 100 miles.
