I forgot the sales guy's name that came to my house. Everything has been consistent with what was said at our initial meeting. Happy to see a negative APS bill. Great company!

I heard about this company from my neighbor. The sales guy was really honest and not pushy like the others I've dealt with. The price was lower than most of the other quotes I got, although it wasn't the absolute lowest. Overall, I'm really pleased with my system up to this point. My APS *** disappeared a couple months after the utility commissioned my system.

Solar Nation is the worst company I've ever come across. They don't pay their employees what they promised, and they make empty promises about bonuses that never actually materialize. They also take advantage of young businessmen. I strongly advise against using this company for solar services. We've even hired a lawyer to handle the problems they've caused my son. I wouldn't give them any stars at all.

I've been a solar customer with this company since 2019. I had an issue last month with one of my panels, and before I could call to have someone out to see, they had already called me and scheduled a time within the same day to fix it! They are very responsive, friendly, and always there for us. So happy we went with Solar Nation!

So, this guy from Solar Nation showed up at our place today. And let me tell you, he was not the friendliest. First off, he kept ringing the doorbell like there was no tomorrow. And if that wasn't enough, he started banging on the door too. Can you believe it?

Now, here's the thing. This wasn't the first time someone from this company came knocking on our door. Nope, it was actually the third time. So, I politely told him that I wasn't interested right off the bat. But you know what he did? He went ahead and cursed at me, telling me to go fk myself! Can you believe the nerve?

We even have one of those "no soliciting" signs, you know? But I guess that doesn't mean squat to this company. They just go ahead and ignore it like it's nothing. It's pretty frustrating, to be honest.

Overall, I'm not impressed with Solar Nation. Their agent's behavior was completely uncalled for, and it's clear that they don't respect people's boundaries. I wouldn't recommend dealing with them if you want a hassle-free experience.

and *** was polite, professional, and thorough. They walked us through the options we had for panels on our roof. We discussed all the numbers, all the instances for saving money, and how we can be better prepared for the future. After all, this is ***. We were impressed with their level of knowledge and how comfortable they were sharing it with us. We feel ready to move forward with this decision. Would happily recommend. Thank you *** and ***.

This company does a grate job from the time they quote until they complete the job. *** and his guys take care to make sure that every detail is complete. I was very impressed. Everything is equally spaced and the lights are perfectly inline with one another. *** also installed solar on my house and also upgraded my service. The process for the solar was painless as he took care of everything. I will continue to use solar nation in the future and recommend them to anyone.

Solar Nation is awesome! Me and my wife been wanting to go solar for a while now, but we was worried about picking the wrong company and getting a bad product. It was great when our utility company told us to go with Solar Nation, our consultant *** was there for us through it all. They answered all our questions and was always there to help. They helped us pick the best product for us. Our solar system is up and running and we're super happy. I totally recommend this company to anyone thinking about going solar.

Stay away from Solar Nation! This is the worst company I've ever worked for. They lie and cheat, stealing over $15,000 in commissions that were rightfully mine. They ignore calls and emails for months, showing no integrity or professionalism. They have no accountability and are completely unethical. Even their installation wing, ***, broke off from them because they refuse to fulfill their obligations. They plan to do the same thing in *** by making empty promises until they're forced to leave. Avoid doing business with this company and warn everyone you know!

This company is terrible, they came to us with lies. I have 46 panels on my home and still pay the electric company money that I shouldn't. They asked if I needed batteries, they told me no. I contacted the electric company and they informed me that I should have added batteries. They also told me I should put a power management system on, which I was not informed of. They keep you in the dark with their lies. I was also told that I don't use my power, instead I sell it to the power company at a discount and buy it back at a higher price. I'm not saving money, I just pay someone else and when taxes came, the refund I got didn't even come close to what they said. Now I'm expecting my solar bill to go up in price because I can't give them the money they said I was getting. They also promised me something after installation was completed and I didn't get it. I tried to call, but there were no answers from the sales rep and management.

If I could give a bad score, I totally would. Don't fall for the idea that you'll get a whopping 10,000 in tax credits because when tax season rolls around, it's gonna be way less. And if you don't cough up that 10,000 in tax credit within a year, your solar loan payment skyrockets by a hundred bucks. Plus, don't trust a word that Alec, the salesman, says. He swore up and down that I'd get a 500 bonus, but when it was time to pay up, he conveniently ignored my calls, emails, and texts. Thank goodness I took a screenshot of his text about the bonus and sent it to his boss, otherwise I'd never see that money. Oh, and get this, they told me my loan was 20,000, but turns out it's actually a whopping 32,000 to pay off. My APS bill was 150 bucks this month, and now with my Solar bill of 136, I'm shelling out a grand total of 280 bucks every month. How is that supposed to help me in any way? Now I gotta go refinance my house just to try and pay off my solar bill, and I only have 20,000 in equity to borrow. I'm totally screwed. But the worst part of it all is that Alec can't keep his promises.

In the fall of 2022, me and my wife hired Solar Nation to put solar panels on our house. They said it would make our electricity cheaper and they would check on the system for six months. They also promised to put nets around the panels and pay us back for the first six months. But now, six months later, we only got one payment back and our electricity bill went up. Solar Nation didn't keep most of their promises. The person who sold us on Solar Nation left because the owners didn't keep their word. We've called Solar Nation many times and left eight voicemails, but they haven't called back. They can't keep their promises, so I think the owners, *** and ***, are not reliable. This makes Solar Nation a company that can't be trusted.

This company is doing a tremendous amount of spam calls. I try to have my name removed from their call list and have requested it several times. But they keep calling me and calling me with fake phone numbers.

So, I gotta say, Solar Nation really let me down with my project. They straight up lied to me about how long it would take to finish it. They said it would be done in about a month, but man, that was a whopping 7 months ago! Can you believe it? This company is just terrible, taking advantage of people like me. They don't give a darn about their customers, all they care about is raking in the dough. My advice? Steer clear of these guys.

I got this sweet deal where they gave me a $1,000 discount to put solar panels on my crib. So I went ahead and got the panels installed and fired up on 09/14. Not long after that, I got a fat check for $500 in the mail. My dude Richard, who sold me the panels, told me to hit up the boss man Alec about the rest of the money. So on 10/5, I reached out to Alec and he said he'd look into it. But by 10/15, I still hadn't heard squat, so I texted Alec again. He hit me back with a message saying, "Check was mailed to you ***." But guess what? I never got that extra check. I'm still waiting on my $500 rebate, man.

Stay away from Solar Nation! They don't keep their promises. The owner, ***, is totally dishonest. I've called them so many times to sort out my bill because their system isn't actually reducing my power bill. They installed a system that was too small and now they want me to pay extra for more panels. The customer service director, ***, should stick to making tacos because he's completely unprofessional. This company is awful! Run away as fast as you can!

We signed a contract with this company for solar. We were told that we would not be receiving anymore bills from APS. This has not been the case. We continue to receive bills from APS and when I try to contact the company no one responds back. The sales representatives that sold us solar no longer work for the company. I contacted the install company and had our solar reviewed. I was told the solar company who sold us our panels did not accurately install enough panels for our house size. We already paid $37,000 for our solar and are being told for our home we would need to spend another $15,000 for the solar to work for us. We were lied to and cannot reach anybody at the company for a call back. I don't think we should be responsible for their mistake.
