So, I was visited by a guy from PG&E who said I had to switch to their new gas provider, but I missed the deadline in November. He said I couldn't do it online and asked for my account ID, name, and address. I was in a rush and believed him. But I didn't get any papers. Now I have to cancel this service. Be careful of these sneaky people.

So, this Greenwave Energy company came to my house with a salesperson who said they could save me some cash each month, like $15-$20. I was in a hurry, so I just said yes to the guy on the phone without really listening. But now my PG&E bill is way higher than before, like almost $300! It used to be around $175 in the peak months. I can't believe they can get away with this. When I called them back, they said we were stuck with them for a whole year. Ugh.

Greenwave Energy is not a good company. Two months ago, a salesman came to my house and said that if I signed up for their service, my PG&E bill would be reduced by at least 70% (to *** cents per therm). But today, when I got my bill, I was charged twice. There were more charges with PG&E (compared to previous months) along with Greenwave charges (*** cents per therm). When I asked Greenwave Energy to cancel the contract, they told me it would take 2-3 months to cancel it. This means I have to pay double the amount for another 2-3 months. So, please don't get trapped by these kinds of companies.

So, some guy came to my house saying he was from PG&E and could save me money on my *** with a green energy program. I almost signed up, but then I got suspicious and looked it up online. Turns out, it's a scam! They offer a lower gas rate, but then charge you more in fees so you end up paying more overall. The guy lied and said it was a PG&E program, but it's not. I'm glad I caught on before I got scammed.

Greenwave Energy is not good. They trick you into buying their stuff. They say it will save you money, but really it's just about clean energy. I like clean energy, but why do they have to lie? The person who came to my house said they were cheaper than ***, but that's not true. They also said there was a minimum charge of $15, but that's not true either. We paid extra last month and this month compared to PG&E. It takes a long time to disconnect from them. Don't use this company.

Greenwave energy is a scam. Their sales people give false information about charges. I was never told about a fee for renewing resources. They said I wouldn't pay for delivery fees, but my bill shows that &delivered less natural gas than Greenwave energy claims. When I called to cancel, the person was rude. They terminated my participation, but I'm still being billed months later. Greenwave is dishonest and lies to &customers to make money at your expense.

They lied to me at first, saying they were PG&E, but then they said they'd replace PG&E for our gas needs. They said it was cheaper because of the wildfires, so I trusted them. But when I looked at my bill, I realized they lied about the costs and discounts. I paid $38 with Greenwave, but without them, I would have paid $19 to PG&E. PG&E still charges for delivery, but they give a small discount for having Greenwave. So instead of paying $19 to PG&E, I paid $11. Plus, I have to pay a monthly fee of $14 to Greenwave, and this month I paid $13 for gas, so my total bill was $27 for Greenwave and $11 for PG&E. It's just not fair.

This company is a scam. The sales person liked about everything. The gas price is MORE expensive than PG&E and they charge you $10 per month in junk fees. My monthly bill went UP an average of >$12 per month. They should be shut down and prosecuted for fraud.

So, I had this guy come to my door on 4/26 and he talked me into signing up with Greenwave Energy. But turns out, he didn't tell me everything I needed to know and now I'm regretting it. I tried to cancel, but they're not answering their phones. It's frustrating.

This compny came to my door and sed they cud save me money on my gas bill. Its been over a year and they keep chargin me more every month than they save me. I work alot so I dont have time to deal with it. I looked online but cant find any info on how to stop them. They charge me $60 to save me $30. Its not worth it. They need to stop this now!

So, these two guys from Greenwave Energy showed up at my door and one of them said he was my gas supplier and that I needed to sign up for my energy delivery credit. He didn't say anything about any billing or gas delivery agreement, so I thought it was the same as the city/county electricity delivery program. I gave him the info he asked for, but then I started to think he tricked me into signing up for a new gas supplier. When I asked for his name, he just grabbed the Greenwave flyer and left. He was pretty rude about it too.

So, this guy came to my door and said he was from *** and could help me save money on my bill. He asked for my account number and then sent me a text message with a bunch of buttons to click. I didn't really understand what was going on, but he said I would get a phone call to ask more questions. Turns out, the phone call was just to sign me up for Green Wave Energy! I didn't realize they were a different company until after he left. I tried to cancel by calling Green Wave, but no one answered. I think this might be a scam and I don't want their services. Can someone help me cancel and stick with ***?

So, this guy from Greenwave Energy came to my door and said he was working with PGE. He said he could credit me back on my account because I was paying extra for gas from out of state. He said I'd get about $14 back every month for 12 months. I signed up, but then I saw a charge and asked about it. He said they were charging PGE, not me. I confirmed this with him. Later, I found out they were a fraud and they would charge me for 12 months. I confronted the salesman and told him I needed to cancel my service. He said I had to call the number to cancel. I took a photo of his ID and called GW customer service to cancel my account. I got a cancellation confirmation number. I called back after 5 minutes to confirm and they said they'd call me back in 48 hours to confirm again.
