Disappointed with My New 2026 Camper and the Customer Service
I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of my brand-new 2026 camper and the customer service I have received from CampMart.
Within days of taking delivery, I discovered multiple issues that should never be present on a new unit. The decals and stickers are peeling and were not applied properly, the Bluetooth speaker does not work and remains stuck in AUX mode, the LED light strip is missing several lights, and the furnace had to be replaced immediately.
What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of communication after the sale. Leading up to the purchase, I received constant calls, texts, and follow-ups from the salesperson. Once the sale was completed, that communication disappeared. Now, while dealing with warranty issues and defects, I find myself chasing answers and support.
I am also disappointed by the financial side of this purchase. Between changes that occurred during the buying process, a higher interest rate than expected, and the overall cost of ownership, I am paying a premium price for a camper that has been plagued with problems from the start. The additional financial burden, combined with the stress and inconvenience of repeated repairs, has left me questioning the value of what I purchased.
Unfortunately, this is my second experience with CampMart, and I have encountered similar customer service concerns before. It is frustrating to feel valued while a sale is being made, only to feel ignored when legitimate problems arise afterward.
I understand that warranty repairs happen, but a brand-new 2026 camper should not leave the dealership with this many defects. Customers spending this kind of money deserve quality, transparency, communication, and support. So far, my experience has fallen well short of those expectations.
