I called Call2Inspect on Saturday morning and Dave was there at 9am on Tuesday . His detailed report was in my inbox first thing Wednesday morning. Our Inspection Objection is due on Friday, so this fast turnaround time was a lifesaver. I was able attend the inspection, and Dave took the time to talk through everything with me. Highly recommend Call2Inspect!

Chip was our inspector. He was thorough, knowledgeable and courteous as he walked us through the main items of concern before providing us with a thoroughly-written report that night. His background in construction gave us even more confidence in what he was telling us. We also appreciated the additional resources they provide. I highly recommend the company.

I had a positive experience with Dave and the Call2Inspect team. They were quick, courteous, informative, and delivered our reports promptly with notable detail. Dave provided a lot of useful information about our new home, and tips for addressing smaller items. It was refreshing to have someone on our side that cares about his job and cares about his clients.

Dave did our inspection the week before the Covid-19 lock down. Dave was pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. He was thorough when inspecting our property. He clearly explained his findings and the implications. He answered all of my questions. I received a very detailed report that included photos. I am a very satisfied customer. Mike was thorough, communicative, and extremely helpful in our inspection and home buying process. This portion of the process was anxiety provoking but Mike made it effortless and explained every detail of his inspection. I even sent the inspection report to my dad, a contractor and someone that has flipped houses for the last 50 years, and he was impressed with how complete Mike's work was. If you ever need an inspector I would 100% hire Mike!

Mike did an outstanding job. He took his time and was very thorough and looked at everything that could have been a major expense plus he found a lot of little things that I never would have thought about. Mike was super friendly very professional and answered all the questions that I had. Dave also took the time to explain all about stucco inspections and construction techniques. I would use this company again in a heartbeat and recommend them to my friends.

Great inspection! I would always recommend going with an inspector that's not recommended by your realtor. Realtors have an incentive to make the sale and if they recommend the inspector, some things might be over looked on the inspection, especially if the inspector and realtor work together frequently. Mike was on time, friendly and professional. He explained things to me and answered all of my questions. I think he picked up on some things that would not have been addressed by some other inspectors (especially if there're working with your realtor). Great Job!

I have nothing but positive things to say about Call2 Inspect. It's easy to get a quote, schedule and pay for services. We ended up needing 2 inspections because we didn't move forward on the first house. I was given the option to use another inspector or have Mike come out and went with him again. Super professional. I haven't owned a home in awhile so having him show me things and educate me was helpful. The report they provide is complete with photos, explanations, suggestions and education. My expectations were exceeded! Thanks again to the whole team at Call2Inspect. ;)

I had a new home inspection from these guys (and gals...) and have to say that they did a really great job. Mike who inspected my home was very detailed and diligent. He took his time to walk through the entire building with me pointing out issues and explaining how things should work and look. Mike went through all my concerns and addressed all my questions. He is extremely professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Then he emailed a report to me the same day. Call2Inspect is a wonderful company. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend anyone who is looking for a home insurance.

Chip was our home inspector in July for our very first house purchase. Due to Covid-19, we were limited to how many people could be inside the home for the inspection walk through. Even though my partner is a former HVAC tech and much handier than myself, we decided that I would attend the walk through so that I could ask questions to my heart's content of the actual inspection professional. This was a great decision! Chip was thorough, patient, friendly, and professional. He answered all of my questions and very willingly spent the extra time with me to answer my million-and-one questions. I would definitely recommend Chip to anyone, especially first-time homebuyers who like to be in the know (but who don't have homebuilding or service tech knowledge)!

We highly recommend CAll2Inspect and will use them in the future. We had called around to get estimates from many companies as the inspection is an extremely important part of the home buying process. We were a little uneasy about not being at the inspection because of COVID and just showing up for the report at the end (with all companies). However, we felt very confident in the inspection after our meeting with Chip. He was extremely thorough; he even crawled onto the roof of our condo to look at the roof for possible future special assessments. We know this is a common practice, but it's hard to know how thorough people are when you are not present. Chip answered all of our questions before we could ask them and even called us back the next day when we couldn't remember the age of some appliances. We are first time home buyers and were a bit on edge before the inspection. Chip did an excellent job and we will 100% use Call2Inspect in the future.
