Highly recommend. Siding is tricky, there are lots of important little finishing details, and you want to go with someone who knows their stuff and will do it right. These guys came in to fix a bunch of spots that the previous siding contractor got wrong. They went above and beyond to make sure our house looks great and won't leak. Awesome to work with in every way. Pick them - you won't regret it.

Blue Jay just completed siding my garage with high-quality vinyl siding. I am very impressed with this company. They priced competitively, provided samples and a rendering of the building. The workmanship was excellent, site cleaned at the end. The contract payment is broken down into 3 payments, with no payment until product is received on site. This team is high on service and workmanship. It was nice to work with them!

I used BlueJay Renos to reside the front of my house and the results were amazing so I'm very satisfied. I received the contact for these folks from the wholesale siding supplier and their quote came in very competitive; but more importantly they called me back right away and when I was ready to have the work done, they scheduled very quickly. The installer was quiet and polite and did an excellent job, even reattaching my railings properly when he was finished. The mess was cleaned up quickly as well. I'd highly recommend this company.

I was impressed with Blue Jay Exterior Renovations from the start. The team came to look at the house and to take photos to use while estimating the cost of replacing our old siding. They and the project manager are excellent communicators and didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions as soon as they came up. They are very pleasant, professional guys to work with. Within two weeks, the majority of the work was complete with input from the project manager and crew. The crew worked steadily from the time they arrived until 5:00 pm and cleaned up the site before leaving. Any minor deficiencies in the project were noted by the project manager and corrected within days. Until this time I had never dealt with a contractor that kept a ‘Deficiency List'. What a great idea! I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Jay Exterior Renovations to anyone considering new siding on their home.

We are really impressed with the service provided by Blue Jay Exterior Renovations! The team, including the owner, project manager, and crew members, are professional, provided excellent communication and quickly responded to our questions. The owner and project manager are very personable. We found it very valuable to have computer generated pictures of our house in order to determine the final design. They provided a detailed contract and there were no surprises. The installer working on our house always kept the site clean, he was polite and he was meticulous with his work. The owner and project manager checked up on the progress of the work and kept us informed. They provided solutions to some of the damage found under our original siding and a solution to the hail damaged trim around our patio door and we're really happy with the outcome. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and in the finished renovation. We also had a number of neighbours comment on how much they liked our new siding! We chose this company to replace our old siding with vinyl siding and one area with hardy siding. They matched it perfectly and it looks great. We decided on this company because one of owners was very attentive and professional explaining everything in detail as well as their pricing being reasonable. Everything was clearly written and priced so there were no surprises. From start to finish everything was done to our satisfaction. We were quite picky and they were so good to us and understanding. The installers were excellent, polite and accommodating. Once they started we knew we had chosen the right company. They kept us informed every step along the way. It was obvious that the entire team work very well together. They check out everything and leave nothing to chance. We had a sliding door removed by another company and a window installed. Blue Jay worked exceptionally well coordinating with the other company. Not only did Blue Jay do an outstanding job they also did a few extras at no charge. Nowadays that is rare.
