In Weaverville California, the lady who works there is rude to the elderly-bullying them, and to anyone coming in the door. She refused to wear a name tag. She won't tell her name. Told seniors to have someone else do their paperwork and come back after they waited 2hours. Yelled at a senior that she was at the wrong computer. Yelled at a senior telling him he needs to come back because he couldn't figure out how to use a touch screen computer.
This lady was sooo cruel to everyone walking in the door. If a question was asked, she would exaggerate rolling her eyes and snap at them. She didn't want to give out numbers to folks. It was an atrocity!!
Several other people complained locally but no one is doing anything about it.
Why is this state employee allowed to bully the elderly?? Why is she permitted to bully the clients??
