Cal-Am Properties – Home warranty

I purchased my new home a year and a half ago, created a punch list of the repairs needed.
a representative of dean's construction came out and inspected my home for repairs and said they would get back to me to schedule the repairs,
that was a year ago and still no contact from them.
My new house is falling apart I've been living with a broken window since the purchase of my house and still cant get any answers or repairs done.
Very Very dissatisfied with the way cal-am properties just drops the ball, I really regret buying this house and am considering selling and will let everyone know not to buy from this company ever!
