I live at Hampton Meridian at Southern and Meridian in Apache Junction, AZ. The gates are supposed to close at 7pm Monday through Friday and at 5pm Saturday and Sunday. The one near the mailboxes and near my home has been open all night for at least 2 weeks. I have requested maintenance and they say it's fixed but again the gate is open all night. This isn't the first episode of the gate not closing at night. It is a recurring problem. One of the main reasons that I chose this place to live was because of it being gated. I don't know what else to do when they say it's fixed but it isn't.

Desired outcome: I want the gate closed at night as it's supposed to be.
