Misrepresentation of charges. On the company's website they lead you to believe that they are only charging you $1.00 for a report (to cover their processing fee) when, in fact, they sign you up for a re-occurring fee of $18.95 per month. They do not make that fact clear at sign up.

I have a charge of *** from *** LA, CA on my credit card for services I DO NOT want. I logged on to Wapello County Assessors Office to find property taxes to compare taxes with my neighbor and they wanted *** from my credit card. I received an *** charged on my credit card July 7. Nowhere did I see that there would be a contract. They did not charge the *** I am not the only person who has been duped by *** Los Angeles CA. I tried calling this company and the number was not valid. All I want is my money refunded and contract cancelled. Thank you.

Customer provide false information on its website Company provide false and misleading information on its website. It states "Opting Out. At some point, you may no longer want us to store your information. This is your right. If you want us to delete your information, you simply have to contact our customer support team and put in an official request." When contacting customer service, they state they are not allowed to do that because they are only a call center. Also, The company, through email and its customer service phone number, refuses to provide the legal name and registered address of the company. A registered address is required for all legally registered businesses.

Company has charged my credit card in *** August for $18.95. At no time did I ever agree to this apparently recurring charge.I was researching my property in Pinellas County *** through the *** I did authorize what I thought was a $1 charge by the *** for a report on my property. On my credit card bill for July I have found a charge for $1 and for $18.95 by this company - USHOMEDATA.COM . My card company notified me several days ago that this same $18.85 charge has been made on my account in August. I am willing to pay the $1 charge I actually authorized (despite never receiving any kind of information about the property whatsoever and despite thinking the $1 was a charge by the Pinellas County Property Appraiser not by this apparently bogus company). However, in no way did I ever authorize any recurring payment. I see from other ComplaintsBoard.com complaints this is apparently common with this company. Please help me resolve my issue and please help to get *** to shut this company down.
