Your franchise at the West Lorne OnRoute has not changed their fryer oil in 6 weeks! Its literally black. The general manager refuses to approve the oil purchase. I can only imagine what the Dutton Onroute looks like, its right across the road. This is gross and can make people sick. Not to mention they're understaffed, under trained, and the facility itself is very grungy. I've seen pictures of the fryer oil, and the over all condition of the kitchen. Surely there has been some sort of hygiene and health training within the work place.

I wondered how an establishment gets away with not changing their fryer oil for over a month. The manager of the West Lorne Onroute does not approve the purchase of the fryer oil. People can get sick from dirty oil. I realize times are difficult, but to ignore health standards is pretty risky. There have been cuts to staff, cleaning standards and now the products required for preparing food. Being a regular at these establishments people talk to me frequently. I've had workers advise me to avoid the Popeyes.
