August 7 at approx 11am. My husband ordered “harvest breakfast sandwich meal” the employee asked “with a hashbrown?” He stated yes and a medium regular. We also ordered timbits and a XL coffee. Get to the window and was given the sandwich, two coffees and timbits. I asked from the passenger seat for the hashbrown. The employee was a woman with short light hair. She stated we didn’t order a hashbrown. I said yes we ordered the meal. She said “well did you ask for a hashbrown or a meal”? I said “you asked if we wanted the hashbrown” she said “nope it wasn’t me”. Got us a hashbrown. And then said “have a good day” as we were starting to drive away she said very rudely “don’t order from the passenger side”. Which I did not do. Also our order was not on the screen when we ordered so it could not be double checked. She was extremely rude to me and I will not be returning to the trunk road location in Sault Ste. Marie.
Desired outcome: The employee spoken to about how she speaks to people.
Tim Hortons - coffee
The other day I ordered a coffee and when I received it (not much wait) it was lukewarm at best. I was very disappointed with it. I had to go home and warm it up in the microwave before I could drink it. This did not meet my expectations for such a prestigious establishment. I would expect any coffee shop, especially a well known chain such as Tim Hortons, to serve only hot beverages that are actually hot.
