Tim Hortons

I am regular customer of Tim Horton but this is 5th incident where i asked mocha latte and they charged mocha latte but gave coffee latte it is expensive 3.49 +plus tax but they did not give what actually product itself. I am completely dissatisfy as m losing my money with such a useless product. so, they give me normal coffee no whipped cream no chocolate sauce than why they charged so much with the product. taste of today's coffee is gross. this is 5th time i tolerate this stuff and i gave specific note about product and they did mistake.
