I purchased a 250 with my cash yesturday Jan 13th at a store in Richmond hill Ontario... the card was activated, I called the Visa card company and the 250 was on the card, since yesturday I still am unable to use this card
It is declined everywhere I try, even for 20.00 or 10.00 today?
I css as liked the visa company, they said they are showing the card looks fine but will send a new card in 15 days?! I went to the store ASAP and they refuse to refund me!?
What the hell? The card won't work
I purchased it in good faith and now I have nothing to show... I want my refund today! Not 7 days, I can not afford to be without this money, it's grocery and gas money I need to live on. I have used these cards before and never had any issue.. I want my money back without waiting. Where can I go to pick it up
You are free to investigate all you want as long as my money is refunded tiday! This is fraud! You sold me a produc that is useless to me,
I want a response. I can drive to consumers road but want the cheque now! I'm so angry at the run around i'm getting from shoppers and the merchant at visa... Unreal! Worse customer service ever. If I do t get reimbursed now, I will be contacting all the press to bring this to the public attention.. And contact the ombudsman. I am not in a financial situation where u can wait. Single mo. Limited funds.., I need this money back today! Tomorrow since it's 4pm
I require a response. And don't tell me about any bs procedure.. I don't care about your processes, do what you need to do just get me reimbursed for this useless card,! I will waste my gas and drive to scarborough. I need the cheque tomorrow seriously
