The customer service at this location is terrible. We bought a washer and dryer (along with a stove and hood) and it is just unfortunate that the washer and dryer does not fit the space where it's supposed to be. We went back, spoke to the manager and request for an exchange to a smaller unit but a more expensive one. We are willing to pay the necessary fees but our request was not even entertained. We were told flat out that they do not accept returns because they are going to lose money. All she is thinking is the bottom line! Where is there customers loyalty consideration? I guess there is no such thing for this company? We bought most of our furnitures and appliances from the same location and this is the kind of customer's service we get? What a shame. By the way, in the website- it says that the company DO accept returns within 72 hours but need to pay restocking fees. So does your manager even aware of your company policy?
The next time I want to purchase new furnitures or appliances, i will never, ever even consider buying from this store again.
So now, we may have to do a major repair just to make the appliance fit in the room!
