Red Lobster

About three weeks ago my mother attended the Red lobster in Peterborough Ontario along with her two sisters. My mom and my aunt's are in their 60's and 70's. My mom advised a waitress dropped a tray of food into their table and glass shattered all over their table. Luckily no one was hurt. The waitress did not know what happened she apologized. No one came out to help the waitress to clean up the mess. The manager never came out. Instead my mom and aunts left seeing a man who they thought was the manager laughing. Mom and my aunt's let this slide but i am 35 years old and find that no help for the waitress and laughing from other staff was disgusting.
