A&W Restaurants

Today, January 1st we attended the A&W on Hwy 38, just south of Hwy 401. As we entered we reviewed the menu and noted that it said "all day breakfast" at this location. So we asked for 2 breakfasts and the female cashier said they do not provide breakfast after 11 am. We pointed to the sign and she still said "nope" we do not serve breakfast after 11. We asked why it was on the sign, however she refused to acknowledge the question, and stated that it was not available and we had to order a lunch menu item. As I am gluten free, this does not help me much as I cannot have the bun, and did not want a slab of meat on a slice of lettuce to sustain me for breakfast.

She was very rude, dismissive and not helpful AT ALL! This location continues to decline in service and quality of the meals they are providing and I am surprised that nothing can be done to improve it?!
