I had awful experience with the website www.well.ca. I placed the order for three times, but only one item arrived. All others were out of stock, but the seller didn’t warn me about it before. They charged me for three times, and no one returned money. I sent them email, but again they gave me empty promises and excuses. I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Can you provide any good piece of advice?

I use Well.ca 2-3 times per month and have always had impeccable service. I would suggest touching base with their customer service team - they are very responsive.
