Our company Marathon Underground Constructors Corporation, a business in the Greely Industrial park, have been having a huge issue recieving our mail delivery to our PO box (Box 70) on time, it has been constantly late and some days recieve no mail at all. The mail pick up schedule was by 10:30 am each morning and in the last couple of months it is never ready by that time or no mail at all for the day. I believe it is an internal sorting issue at this location that needs to be addressed. Our business needs to get our mail on time - we rely on the mail for payments that come in from our customers. As well the post office location requires us to send an employee by vehicle to pick up the mail and it is a waist of companies money to pay this employee to only show up and have no mail to collect. We need a solution as soon as possible - this situation is unacceptable for a business.
