I entered the drive thru today around 4:45pm and asked for a 25 gift card and a coffee. When I received my gift card I noticed that it said happy birthday on it. I explained to the staff member that the gift card was not a birthday gift and requested a new card. I was informed by the staff member as well as another staff member (who I am assuming was the manager on duty) that it was not possible and that I would need to purchase another gift card (even after I told the second staff member that I had not requested the birthday gift card and she responded "really, i'm surprised you didn't ask for that gift card" she then went on to say that the store would be out the money if I didn't take the first gift card so there was nothing she could do
I did purchase another gift card, because I needed one for a teacher gift, and was a little shocked quite frankly, but I was appalled by your customer service and still can't believe I had to purchase another gift card. I am extremely disappointed, and if this is your policy I would stronger recommend reconsidering.
