The rep who came to provide me the contract for service assured me my price was fixed for 2 years. That is the purpose of a contract, not so that the price can be changed. My recent bill reflects a not-agreed-upon increase - I want the price I was promised at signing, as agreed.
The signing rep did not specify a guaranteed savings but a guaranteed price (as I would not sign on unless a guaranteed price was confirmed and NOT only guaranteed savings) and I asked him repeatedly to confirm this, which he did. I should not be paying more than the initial amount until Aug 2021, when my 2-year contract expires. I tried calling support and they are bouncing me around with no online support avenue.
