Every night I come this tim because that is only one open 24 hour drive thru in my area and I have to deal with same girl every time and every time she is super rude and don’t even greet customers and service are the worst she don't know how to talk and how to behave , totally unprofessional I don’t know her name but she is the one with glasses . All I want if she work night please behave professionally.

We order small coffee double double around 6 pm on January 3, which taste like tones of sugar in it. Moreover, we asked for applications form she said we are not hiring ...wow! End of story ...then after few she gave some else receipt to apply online. Even doesn't have uniform policy and had very beautiful nail paint on, no hospitality, no customer service...worse location in Brampton, everyone was staring at us like we came from another planet.

My husband an I purchased 2 coffees at 4985 Ebenezer Road Brampton ON L6P 2W6, 1 large DD coffee and 1 Medium TT Coffee, the worst coffee We ever tasted there was black coffee grains, it tasted like it was brewed with the same coffee pack 3x times this is disgusting and the taste it awful, the experience is horrible with the level
Of service provided not caring about the product you are providing to your customers I even took pics of it.

These items were purchased this morning Dec 29th at 11:30ish am at the location mentioned. We had to throw the coffee out and wasted our money terrible, disgusting...
