I would like to complain about the terrible customer service women in Canadian Tire in Shoppers World Mall Brampton at ext. 749 on Dec 30, 2020 morning.
I needed a pair a skates for Dec 30, 2020; so I ordered it online on Dec 29, 2020, as it showed online it could be ready for curbside pick up from this store the next day. On Dec 30, 2020 morning, I called the ext 749 as directed to ask if they could make sure it was ready as I really needed. The woman who answered phone at ext 749 did not bother to check, was very rude and unwilling to do anything; she kept saying how many orders they had got and refused to even pass a message.
What a terrible customer service! This women had no patience, was rude and lazy; how did Canadian Tire hire such a person to do customer service?!
Desired outcome: I would like to get my skates ready today. Such a lazy and rude women should not take a customer service job.
