This morning, December 18th, I went to the Tims in the Quinte Mall. I was there prior to when the stores in the mall open. Consequently, I was the only customer. I placed my order - two muffins and a gift card. The server was more interested in talking to the other employees and took some time filling the order. Products were all ready on the shelf. When I got home with my two muffins I found that she had given my the wrong one. I ordered a raisin bran and got a fruit explosion. Not good. I returned to the store and waited for the same salesperson. When I explained the mistake she became hostile and said it wasn't her fault. No apology. That made me more upset. She did give me a raisin bran muffin in lieu of the fruit explosion. Perhaps she should spend more time waiting on customers and less time talking . Cashier - shift 3. Order ID [protected]. I felt frustrated with her attitude.
