I had received my order on December 1st from Tim Hortans on 75 Roseberry St, Campbellton NB. The order was incorrect, for the third time. I called and explained the mishap, mentioned I understood mistakes happen but I am charged extra for what I want on my order. They apologized for the mistake, and stated I would receive a new order the next day. The following day, December 2nd at 7:30 A.M., I was met with extremely rude staff, the acting manager, at the speaker, stating "We pulled up your receipt. You were not charged for the added bacon on your order. You need to watch the screen to make sure your order is put in right." That does not change the fact that I still did not get to eat the food I paid for the previous day as the order was wrong. I asked "Isn't that your job though?" to which she replied "Ya well you're the one who's gunna eat it." Then when I got to the window, she practically jumped out of the window to continue to be rude, shoving the receipt in my face, and began raising her voice, so I did the same in turn. She then refused to serve me and slammed the window in my face.
Desired outcome: I would like the employee dismissed. I do not feel comfortable going to the establishment while she is employed because she is extremely unprofessional, aggressive and rude.
