I would like to voice a concern of racial profiling as I was questioned twice on my way out of the vernon store by a teller and than by the over zellous security guard whom both asked to see my receipt for items purchased. As a visible member of the local 1st nations indian band and local businessman whom neither appears to be a criminal nor has ever undertaken criminal activities and whom had been activity involved with coaching local youth sports of minor hockey, soccer and baseball, I have to say I was very insulted by you employees. Vernon store employees should recieve some form of race relations training. Most if not all theivery is done by the cacasian people of vernon... Not people of color. If this happens again, canadian tire shall hear from my lawyer as well as the very negative media coverage that will truelly follow and I wont be so cooperative.
