I was at your store in New Westminster today at around 9am. First of all I do not go out because of the present situation with social distancing, I only go out to buy groceries/essential and I want this to be a pleasant experience as everyone is going through a tough time right now and I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal when I go to Safeway that is my only time to enjoy being out seeing another person and I want to enjoy that but your security is giving me anxiety treating me like a criminal who was about to steal something and I am not stupid going to steal - what a $5 worth of chocolate? Totally ruined my only day out and just to let you know I only go to Safeway as this is the closest where I live. I would rather go to Superstore as I always have superior customer service experience and also Wallmart... Just saying.
