Hey today Oct 14 2019 i was going to get coffee from drive thru at 3:58 PM my order number was 163 . My receipt # [protected] and order ID # [protected], casher : shift 3 . I was only car at that time on driver thru. I use to go that time hortons at lot but due to bad service on drive thru, I stop going there but today due to holiday I dont have any options I went to get coffee . Girl who was serving me at window was in very rush . When I approach the window she told me do to rush on getting out my payment card and didn't even ask me single time about Tim hortons rewards card, and when she give my cards back she was in that rush that she threw my card into my car . She was not wearing name tag as well, They didn't give me my receipt I have to ask them for receipt then they give me .And Girl who is serving me told me at leave quickly wont even give me time to put my card back in my wallet. I called manager on duty but manager was not there so supervisor name ANDY showed up, he came in and told they are in rush, that's why they have to rush but there was no car at that time .i told him that there is no car at the back. he still said we are busy and didn't listen to me.
I been to that Tim's many time in morning as well they do same thing they serve you like you are burden on them or fell like they want to give you massage why you came to Tim's.
