Complain: The customer service in the drive thru is so Unethical and speaks in a very bad tone. It's like she's making the customer ordering feel stupid.
first I ordered the new bagel sandwich with jalapeno (don't know the exact name) and she asked me what type of bagel & then I asked what do guys have then suddenly her tone changed and gave 3 options with follow up comment "We have a lot of kinds of bagel, what do you want?" And then I saw the screen & she's just charging me with a normal bagel with butter & not the actual new bagel jalapeno sandwich I was trying to order. And then I said, I am ordering the new bagel jalapeno sandwich & she replied "I told you we don't have that" & then I said you never said that, you just jump giving me bagel options & then the rude tone went on & on until I finish the order & the woman was never apologetic & nice at all.
This type of employee shouldn't be in the drive thru or cashier. She should stay in the kitchen or just simply send her home. There's more people with good character out there.
