Friday Jan 7 I was in Sherwood Park Alberta store. While there I have seen Samsung e5 tablet on display. I have asked one of associates and he told me that it was on sale for 399. I told him I would like to purchase it. He came back and told me that was last unit and he did not have a key but will get another sale clerk. 20 min later somebody else showed up. He also said I do not have key and after trying to upsell me finally said we will have do factory reset since this is last (display) unit. I said OK than assistant manager came and told me you cannot purchase it we will have to send it back to factory. I got upset after more than 1/2 hr. you tell me no while 2 of your staff told me it was OK. I than asked for store manager and was told he is out for lunch. Fine when is he back? Oh it will be at least 1hr more. I told the ass. manager that as far as I am concerned Stables just lost a customer. Please let me know how you dealt with this incompetent staff and maybe you should think of proper training. Thank you, Petr Forst
