I stopped in to buy lottery tickets. While paying was to I was not to use the parking lot because it was taped off. I said there was no tape where I parked. She that was because people were driving through it all day. I said I did not drive through it. This made her very angry. I then asked if she if she was refusing to sell me the tickets as I had already ordered them and the money was on the counter. She thought a second then took the money. I asked I she had a business card for the manager. She said she was the manager. I said that explains her behaviour. I also told her this customer service I ever had. There high winds today and flashing over the pumps had blown off creating a hazard to customers. As I was leaving I said she should properly barricade / close the lot. Deanna was having a bad day and took it out on me.
I am 58 years old and never before felt the need to make a complaint about customer service until now.
