Terrible
Terrible. Every survey I've taken has disqualified me, every single time. I've done ten surveys and it's always the same outcome. They take my information but never give me any credit. They're cheaters.

We got a Kidz Eyes panel check on March 15. We waited, but it never came in the mail. I contacted you through the Kidz Eyes Contact Us form on your website a bunch of times in the last 2 months, always waiting for a reply and never getting one. I even emailed you through the ComplaintsBoard.com website, hoping for a response about when you sent the check and where it is - but still no response. I had no choice but to contact you through the ComplaintsBoard.com to get some answers. The phone number you have listed on your Kidz Eyes ported says it's 'Toll free', but 312 area code numbers ain't toll-free numbers.

Unprofessional
Unprofessional. They mailed me a check with only my daughter's name on it, so I couldn't cash it. They were supposed to issue a new check, but they didn't. I sent them many emails and made phone calls, but they never replied. This whole situation started back in November. All I want is my $10. I still have the check and I even showed them their mistake.
My kid turned 13 and lost all points from a rewards program during an account upgrade
My kid just turned 13 and had all the points/money he earned from a rewards program vanish when they upgraded his account. Hours spent by him and me (I did surveys for his account credit) were wasted as everything was erased. Their policy stated points would transfer, but they didn't. I contacted customer support with no response. It's appalling that a company would disregard a young boy's effort to save for Christmas gifts. He's devastated.
Very late disqualification
Very late disqualification. This is not the first time I have had this happen. This company does a very sloppy job, using survey routers, which result in far more failures than any professional agency would tolerate. And when you finally qualify for a survey, the router takes a good portion of the compensation. In this case, I had completed all the virtual shopping trips (very poorly done compared to every other agency), and completed a couple of other sections, as well. I was disqualified apparently, because my last purchase of this product type was online, and apparently, some store sponsored this survey. Any kick out qualification should be immediate, at the beginning, before any other questions. You're not entitled to any information, if you're not paying anything. Typical greedy marketing clowns: incompetent and greedy.
