I can't believe it, but I can't get into my account anymore. I was happy with the platform, but now I've hit a roadblock. They told me to contact support, and I've done that multiple times, but I haven't received any response. It's really unprofessional.

I was doing the surveys recently and they for some reason keep deducting points from me as I get close to the $25 payout. They have removed $3, $3, $5, then another $5 as I was accumulating points. Complete scam.

I've been participating in surveys lately, and it's quite frustrating that they keep taking away points from me when I'm almost reaching the $25 payout. They deducted $3, $3, $5, and another $5 while I was earning points. It feels like a total scam.

So, I was a bit worried when I read some of the reviews about Wilkins Research Services. I got an email and a few texts about joining a focus group, and it made me suspicious. But you know what? Turns out, there was nothing shady happening. Now, I'm not saying those reviews were completely off base. I'm just saying that I decided to give it a shot, and I actually ended up leaving with a $300 check, even though they initially promised me $275 (and I didn't arrive before 8 for that extra $25).

I did a ct focus group on 10.10.22 for a mock jury and they were supposed to pay me 200.00 for 5 hours. I called on the 12th to ask about the address because I was moving. I left a few voicemails and sent emails, but they didn't respond. They told me to talk to Ms. Selena and said she would call me back, but she never did. I asked the representative if they could check when they mailed the check and confirm the address. They rudely said no and hung up on me. It's really bad that they wanted 5 hours of my time but couldn't spend 5 minutes to check on my payment. I definitely have the right to verify things accurately.

I spent the evening doing all the profile surveys about household, interest, health, and other personal stuff. I verified my email account and went to the surveys tab to start doing surveys. Guess what? There are absolutely NO surveys that match my interests. Darn! I gave them my personal contact info and lots of data, and now I think this group might be a scam. I even did a web search and found lots of people who got tricked into giving their contact and personal info, only to have their accounts closed or no response when they asked about completed surveys and rewards. I checked the ComplaintsBoard.com and saw similar complaints. So disappointing! Don't bother, folks. It's a scam, scam, scam!

Total scam. You'll spend hours filling out surveys and get nothing in return. They say you can use the points from each survey, but they don't say what for. You can't see the list until you reach 2000 points, and let me tell you, it'll take you a whole work week to get there. It sounds good at first, like everyone wins! But that's not true. The ones who want personal surveys win, and you lose hours of your life on this site. Plus, some of the questions they ask in the surveys are really concerning. My mom's name? My favorite color? These are security questions, and let's be clear - they can't possibly determine anything about you that would qualify or disqualify you for any studies. The site is a scam. The ones who want surveys done are the customers. Wilkins is the seller. You are the product. Don't go near it.

I got paid for an online focus group on Zoom. It was like a pretend jury for a local court case. It lasted about 6 hours with a few breaks and was pretty good. They said we'd get paid $200 by check in 5 to 10 business days. That was right. I got my check in 7 days 'cause they took a few days to send them. It'd be nice if they paid with PayPal or sent the checks the next day, but I can't complain too much. We're kinda spoiled with instant payments and same day delivery. (Maybe people get paid the same day if they go to a focus group in person.) They could do better with enforcing the rules. They told us not to have other people on camera, not to eat, not to text, not to smoke, not to get distracted, and stuff like that. They said we could get kicked out right away if we did any of that. Sadly, some people had loud dogs or kids. A couple of 'em were vaping and smoking. One of 'em got loud and mean. Nothing happened to them. You can guess which group of good folks broke the rules and got away with it. Overall, it was a good experience and worth doing again.

I had a very positive experience i was skeptical at first got my check in the mail 7 days after survey they were very great to work with looking forward to working with them again Awesome Company.

I did a three day study on EV's over a week ago. It was supposed to pay me 150.00. I have sent several emails asking when will I get paid? No reply from anyone. I even asked *** to step in. Terrible!

This company kicked me out of my account just as I had collected enough points for a reward. I have emailed them 8 times in the past two weeks with no response. It is a scam. Don't waste your time with them.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional company to deal with. They are still mailing paper checks to their focus group participants. If you do not receive payment more than a week later and ask about it, no one will respond to you. I have left both emails and voicemails to multiple people and no one can be bothered to respond.
NEVER work with this company.

You complete surveys until getting enough points to cash out for the first time and are sent an empty email that says you have received your $25. After writing numerous emails for at least 14 days, there is NO REPLY.
ComplaintsBoard.com you must reconsider the rating as it is sending people to use this company as a market research buyer or a survey taker and they are not acceptable for your rating. I will contact other references that they give as I am assuming they do not know how this company operates. I for one will make sure that my company never uses this company to do research. I would suggest companies avoid them.

This company had a 3/22 Facebook ad seeking eligible recipients for a survey. A called was received informing of approval. Survey would be completed 4/11. We had to sign on at 4:45pm and ended 6:30.They stressed that we would be eligible for $125 after completing the interview. Interview completed thru email Face to face. Link provided. Five appeared. Questions asked/comments given. After completion we were told to expect the emailed check to use as we please within 7-10 days. I was searching daily for the check. Discovered today. I am unable to use it due to asking for a password. Then their link per helpline appears to be automated. I have called initial contact person and tango helpline. No contact. I have sent an email to the tango address listed. Paper check or physical card requested. No response. I really believe they are scammers. I do believe that they are linked to telemarketing calls as my phone is called excessively.
