Byrna Technologies review: Bye-bye Byrna. Terrible experience.

I purchased a Byrna CL launcher for my daughter in the hibiscus color. I ordered it early so it would be here for her birthday. When we opened the box, it looked too much like a real firearm in that color. I called Byrna directly and was told that I could not exchange it for another color (I decided I wanted orange for her instead) because I was out of the 14 day notification window. No exceptions. I found this totally unacceptable. This was my second order with Byrna (I have spent over $2000 with them) and it will be my last. I was extremely disappointed in their unwillingness to work anything out with me. Bye bye Byrna!
