Homes by Avi (Canada)

Homes by Avi made our crib in 2016. A few years later we had water leaking through our potlights in our bonus room. Avi came to do an inspection of the attic and said we needed more insulation. So they said they "fixed" it. A few weeks ago, we had water leaking into our bonus room again (literally dripping into a bucket) from the same place. We called Avi and they said we were out of our warranty period. So we hired a home inspector. He said there were missing vents in our roof. We showed him our building plans and he noted that multiple vents were missing from our building plan and that our roof was not up to code. We have emailed 3 separate personell/managers at AVI to resolve this but have had NO response. I would like Avi to take responsibility for not fulfilling their end of our contract even if they built our house 5 years ago. There is now damage in my ceiling because of their carelessness. I also don't understand how they did not see this problem when they "fixed" and inspected our house the first time it happened. I no longer trust AVI to do the job correctly. I would like to hire an third party roofing company to finish the job according to our blueprints and for AVI TO PAY FOR THE *** and pay for repair of damages that resulted from their negligence.
