If I need a new watch some other time, or any of my friends need one, I will give them a hint about your business in Singapore. As I am from Norway, it might be a bit scary to order from so far away, and one might not be 100% safe of what you get. But you seemed to be professional in your way to handle orders, and delivery to shipment. Its been 5 months now. I hope the watch is still working. Generally the watches will start to crack after 4-5 months especially if you have chronograph. I doubt you will be given the repairs for 1 year as promised in the guarantee. I believe the swissreplicastore.com owners are thieves. All the best in your dealings with them.

Ten years ago I bought a stainless and white gold rolex in Maui and have had it on my wrist ever since. About a year ago I found myself in a bad financial situation, and in a rash desperate move I pawned it to make ends meet. It really bummed me out but I knew that I'd get back on my feet and get it back or replace it.
Things are better now and I was looking for a new one when I found this site. I found MY exact same watch for about $500 (instead of $5000)
I know that the $100 -$200 watches are not going to be good enough but the customer service told me that the $469 version is exactly the same.
I just got it in the mail today (10 days after I ordered it) and I have to say that I am impressed. I can tell the difference only in the slightest way and not at all by the way it looks or feels. after 10 years you get a feel for the real thing and only because of that I can tell the difference when I'm setting the time it feels a little weird but as far as anyone knowing...there is just no way. I have not told my friends or family that it's not the same watch. They just think I got it back.
I'm glad I did not read these reviews before I bought it or I might have passed. I think you need to pay for the upper end fakes to be happy and as far as some of the reviews that said they did not get theirs or that they were no good, I hope the company will make things right for them.
As for me, I'm going to get one more of the highend ones and save my money instead of paying for the real thing.
(of course my watch did last 10 years with only $200 of maintenance)
I don't think there crooks but it looks like they could improve the customer service when they have unhappy clients

I bought a watch from them.
The crfedit card was charged by company in ? cyprus (rich4less).
The watch arrived from china.
It Didn't look anything like the model I have ordered.
They overcharged me on the P&P ($10 extra on what is mentioned on the website).
The watch arrived faulty. I tried to contact them on many occasions with no luck.

I bought a watch from them. they told we it was from swiszerland when I received it it came from China. I've been trying to return it for about 3wks, still no return address from them. They are scam.

I read with someone named Terry, after a several mail's there was a Brad, after that there was a manager costumer service. Till now there is every body except the watch! Can you help me to get the phone number of them I woul'd like to give them a nice call.
And yes this is a company that needs to be shut down!

I have just returned back from the postal office and I want to confirm that I received my watch.

The swissreplicastore.com do have a bad turnaround as far as the shipping is concerned. I felt good when i got the watch after 35 days. I said to myself 'The watch looks good and its worth the wait'. However, the watch stopped functioning after 6 months. When I try to get the 1 year guarantee/warranty, there is no response. What can you say of such people. Pay USD 499 for a replica and it stops functioning after 6 months. I would be better off taking a simple Omega or a Baume Mercier for USD [protected] and use them for lifetime. the least swissreplicastore.com owners can do is repair the watch. I think they are thieves. By the way, I hope your watch is still working as its more than a year old now.

Over the past couple of months I have bought 3 Panerai watches from OJ at Watch U Want, and each time the experience has been excellent. On a personal level, OJ was also very helpful chatting through the specifications of each of the watches, and helping me make an informed choice. Once the wire transfer was complete, the watch arrived in the UK 2 days later. I was really impressed with the fast turn-around, and I would recommend you use the special international delivery method which limited my duty exposure.Overall, the experience dealing with Watch U Want has been excellent.
