Guarantee breach
I purchased an HHO cell unit (KEXT53) which instead of working at 10A only worke at 4, 5A producing very small HHO quantity.I sent back it for reparation or change on 12.3.2010 and Mr. Sean don´t answer me when I require even the bad
supplied unit.
May be this happen to me as foreigner. For that reason I would like to know if there are others similar cases

Rip off
I purchased 3 complete units, received only 1 partial units. With what I have received, I can't even use the 1 unit I did receive. Sean Drazin, the owner, will no longer return calls, emails and will not issue a refund as requested several times. Also, his warranty and guarantee are a complete lie.
