Paragon Acura I went to the dealership and my salesman Manny C*** told me they would take back my leased Buick and cover the fees for turning it in

I went to the dealership and my salesman Manny C told me they would take back my leased Buick and cover the fees for turning it in. After the deal was done, they took the car and 3 weeks later I got a bill in the mail for $1350.87 termination fees. I went back to Acura and they refused to cover them. I made a mistake by not making sure it was mentioned on the paperwork. They said it was never part of the deal. Also, the finance manager was trying to sell me a service package to add to my monthly payments. When I declined, he said I should because I HAVE to have my car serviced at the dealer. This is illegal. You never have to have the car serviced at the dealer. I have bought and leased many cars in my life and this is by far the most deceptive dealer I ever visited.

Paragon Acura I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from the paragon acura dealer

I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle from the paragon acura dealer. Me and my wife where browsing for a new car and we walked the dealership. A sale representative contacted me to come over and look around. We looked around and found something we liked. We saw the price and we started the negotiations. We originally argued with an x number to purchase the car and once we got to the financing, they where giving us different numbers. Well it was late and me and my wife where going by what the finance manager gave us and we ended up signing paper work. The next day my and my wife where reviewing the contract we saw they had extra charges for things we never agreed once signing everything. They put an extract 10000 of charges on the contract. I've tried going back called a million time and no help. I really need help trying to resolve this.

Paragon Acura I went to Paragon Acura in May ****, and turned back my previous lease of Acura TLX, also signed a new lease of ACura ILX

I went to Paragon Acura in May ***, and turned back my previous lease of Acura TLX, also signed a new lease of ACura ILX. During the new lease negotiation process with Paragon Acura sales person Mr. Wilson M and his finance manager, it's been agreed that part of my down payment ($3699) shall includes 2 months of remaining lease repayment for TLX lease, plus the excessive mileage charge, so that I do not need to pay anything to AFS (Acura Finance) for the TLX lease termination. However, Paragon Acura never submit any payment for TLX lease termination to Acura Finance by Aug *** 2020, so I have to settle all remaining outstanding amount to Acura Finance, so this is a car sales scam. I have approached to Mr. Wilson M a few times via Phone/Text/Email and personal visit before 8//20202, in the first two times he admitted that it's mistaken by Paragon Acura, and he confirmed Paragon Acura will fulfill the payment, but they never did.

Paragon Acura I sent my car in for service on 7/*/20

I sent my car in for service on 7/*/20. It had a service code of ***. Prior to sending my car in I spoke with the dealership and confirmed the cost of the service. Once my car arrived they attempted to charge a different price. Then they agreed that they will cover the cost of the service. Now here we are a couple months later and the same service code is being displayed in my car. I started chemo treatments in July and haven't driven the car more than 10 times from July to today. I attempted to contact the dealership service department for assistance with the issue. I called on Tuesday, requested to speak with the manager. I was advised the manager would call me the following day. Today is Thursday and I've yet to hear from a manger so I call back. At 1:40pm, Alex stated he will have a manger call me back within the next few minutes. At 2:10 no one had called me back. I called again and Paula was kind enough to remain on the line until Shaniqua picked up the phone. I again requested a manger Shaniqua stated that Joe, who is the general manger is speaking with a customer and he will call me back. I then asked her how do I make a complaint she stated I will have to make the complaint through her and she would email it to all of her mangers which I did. Once she was done taking the information she stated she'd check if Joe was now free. Another service agent came on the line and I requested a manager he then stated a manager wasn't available and he was the only one that could help me. I then told him what Shaniqua told me about Joe, then he claimed Joe was at lunch. When doubted his story he hung up on me. I called back Genesis had the audacity to transfer me to a line that just rings and no-one answered. It's been ringing now for 5mins straight and no answer. This is RIDICULOUS! How can you people treat customers this way? it's bad enough that you guys lied about performing a service on my car when the service light is back on. I doubted you guys performed any of the services you claimed you did to my car in July. Do you just take advantage of your customers this way. I'm a chemo patient and I should not have to undergo the added stress of just trying getting someone on the phone to assist me is further debilitating to my health.

Paragon Acura Terrible service

Fist off I wish you could give less than 1 star because this place deserves negative stars! I purchased my TL here almost 2 years ago. From the get go I had problems with the same belt next to the engine. Living in Staten Island, it is not so easy to go back and forth for repairs but we did it anyway. Not only did it take them 8, yes 8 times of us bringing the same car in for the same problem but they acted as if they were doing us a favor. Not cool. When I complained to them they gave me a couple of free oil changes and they said they would clean the inside of my car as well as the outside. So I was like ok. Still didin't make up for all the gas, tolls and time I wasted because they have mechanics that can't fix a simple belt right the first time. But on my last visit in June, I brought my car in for the inside shampoo. When I went to put my son in the car the next day, I noticed a huge gash in the leather in the back door. So I called them. Not only did they initally try to blame me, it took them over a week to get the part which after they had they did not even call me to tell me it was in. So I was waiting a whole extra week for something that was in the place just sitting there. Finally go in to get it repaired. Had an 8 am appointment. Took more than 3 hours. (In the process they actually broke another part of the door. Now they have to order another part to me and I'm supposed to put it in myself. never in my life people, never in my life!) So when I asked why I should have to wait for them to fix something that was their fault to begin with they had no answer for me. I called to speak to the person who is in charge of paragon acura and still have not heard back from him. Don't know who he is or his name because no one would give it to me. Everyone that answers the phone in this place makes like they are not the right person to speak to and they just keep transferring you. You finally get to a voicemail where you leave a message that no on ever returns. This place is the absolute worst! Even if they are giving stuff away for free don't go there! I do love my car and want to continue going to an Acura dealership to make sure it is serviced and fixed properly but I will never go back to this place. Will find another dealership. Hope you are able to read this before you ahve any dealings with paragon acura unlike me. I wish I had cause I would have never even purchased my car from here at all!

Paragon Acura parking ticket

I WENT TO THIS DEALERSHIP TO INQUIRE ABOUT A VEHICLE I SAW IN THE PARAGON ACURA WEBSITE. I DROVE MY CAR IN THEIR LOT AND PARKED THERE, I WAS THEN GREETED BY A SALES PERSON NAMED YADEL WHO SAID "DONT WORRY YOUR CAR WILL BE PARKED BY ONE OF OUR PARK ATTENDERS WHO WILL KEEP AN EYE ON IT". SO I TOUGHT OK GREAT NOW I CAN SEE THE ACURA MDX THAT I CAME HERE FOR. WELL YADEL GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND AND BASICALLY THEY DIDNT HAVE THE CAR SO I LEFT . BEFORE I LEFT THE DEALERSHIP I NOTICED A FEW CARS PARKED BY MY CAR WITH PARKING TICKETS ON THEIR WINDSHIELDS SO I SAID TO MYSELF "THAT'S WIERD" BUT DIDN'T REALIZED THAT LATER ON I WAS GOING TO GET A LETTER FROM DMV STATING I OWNED A PARKING TICKET FOR $125.00 "FOR SOME PARKING ATTENDER WHO PARKED MY CAR WHERE IT SAYS NO STANDING". SO I IMMEDIATELY CALLED THEM AND SPOKE TO SUPPOSEDLY YADEL'S MANAGER NAMED TOM WHO TOLD TO COME IN WITH THE LETTER THAT THEY NEED IT A COPY OF IT SO THAT THEY CAN SEND THE PAYMENT. I WENT TO SEE TOM WHO ARGUE WITH ME FOR A BIT IN REGARDS TO IF IT WAS MY FAULT BUT AT THE END HE SAID THEY WILL PAY FOR IT TO KEEP IN TOUCH WITH YADEL WHO WAS GOING TO BE IN CHARGE OF SENDING OUT THE PAYMENT. TOM ALSO STATED TO GIVE YADEL A CALL IN ABOUT THREE WEEKS TO MAKE SURE THAT THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH. BASICALLY I CALLED YADEL THREE WEEKS LATER AND IT SO HAPPENED THAT HE WAS ON VACATION FOR THAT WEEK. ITS BEING FOUR WEEKS AND THEY KEEP GIVING ME THE RUN AROUND THE PARKING TICKET IS NOW LATE AGAIN AND THEY HAVE DON'T NOTHING ABOUT IT. I ALSO GOT IN TOUCH WITH THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF THE DEALERSHIP WHO'S NAME IS SASHA I EXPLAINED THE SITUATION TO HIM AND HE SAID HE WILL TAKE CARE OF IT HE TOOK MY NAME AND PHONE NUMBER AND SAID HE WILL CALL ME BACK, IM STILL WAITING FOR THAT PHONE CALL. WELL I NOW DECIDED TO PAY FOR THE TICKET BECAUSE THEY REALLY SCREWED ME, BUT ITS ALL OKAY. THE ONLY ADVICE I CAN GIVE THE ONES THAT LOVE ACURA VEHICLES IS TO THINK TWICE OF GOING TO PARAGON ACURA. THERE ARE MORE ACURA DEALERSHIPS OUT THERE THAT HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO TO RALLYE OF ACURA THEY ARE GREAT. I BOUGHT MY ACURA MDX THERE AND IM VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WAY THEY HANDLE THE WHOLE OPERATION. ONCE AGAIN PARAGON ACURA SUCKS.

Paragon Acura RIPPED ME OFF

WORST PLACE EVER TO BUY A CAR...I CAME HOME THEY FORCED ME TO LEASE BUT WAS ABLE TO FIND FINANCING THROUGH USAA AT 4.29% WENT BACK WITHIN 3 DAYS TO MAKE CHANGE THEY WOULD NOT CHANGE MY DEAL...TOLD ME I SIGNED THAT EVERTHING WAS COMPLETE WHICH WAS A LIE AND THEN FOUND OUT THEY OVERCHARGED ME 3000 DOLLARS ON THE CAR...THE GENERAL MANAGER ADMMITED IT BY MISTAKE..THEY ARE LAIURS CHEAT THIEFS AND SNAKED DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM...

Paragon Acura Awful treatment

I was a customer at Paragon a week ago. I was drawn there by their competitive Online Prices on Autotrader.com. My husband and i drove an hour and a half from upstate New York to try and get a good deal on a pre-owned Acura TSX. Having worked in the car business for many years, i had done my homework before i went there. I knew how much i should get for my trade and how much the car i was looking at was worth. I also knew that i had EXCELLENT credit !

we got there at 9.30 am and the showroom was empty. There was rap music and rap vidoes BLASTING throughout the dealership. You could hardly hear yourself think. We couldnt find anyone for a while..and then someone in service told us they were all in a meeting. AT 10.45 ! someone came out to meet us ! I told the salesman what we were interested in ...its a good thing i brought my list with the prices from on-line and info because some of the cars were marked up and extra $5000! wow!

I fell in love with one and the price was great (it all goes down hill from here) they wanted to offer me a rediculous proce for my trade and i stood my ground and finaly got them to agree to the number i thought was fair. I was excited and shook hads with the salesman...he siad the next stage was finance (i had already been told by another acura dealer that the rates were as low as 5%) . we waited for an HOUR AND A HALF ! nobody was around..our salesman disappeared, and my husband had to go and find the finance guy..who was busy trying to screw me an dadd 2% for his own pocked and get a huge lump sum down ! It was rediculous! as we became more frustrated, he lowered the down-payment amount twice and then the % rate. he wouldnt explain to us where he was getting his bogus numbers ! thankfully my husband said "ENOUGH" and we walked out..hungry, frustrated, and angry. we were there ALLLLL DAY for nothing. And while we were given some time to talk about it...i could see and hear the manager and the finance guy bragging about how much they had made on a previous deal! realllll professional! DONT GO THERE! They are all our to make money off you and thats the bottom line!

I went to my local dealer the next day and they treated me sooo great. They gave me 4.54%, a great deal and no hidden costs ! screw you Paragon ! I love my new TSX !

I am an ex employee of Paragon Acura. It was the worst job that I've ever had so far. Complete torture to get out of bed everyday and go there.The most unorganized dealership by far. Employees are treated worse then garbage. It's pathetic. They can't even throw their employees a Holiday party the employees throw it for themselves and have to pay $50...
