I ordered boots in October of 2010 and was told they were on back order and would be shipped on 12/14/2010. I waited a couple of days and did not hear from them, so I again called them. I was told then they would ship on 12/20/2010. Again after not hearing from them I called once more and was told they would be shipped 8 to 12 weeks. These people are liar...

Ordered a pair of Resistol Ranch Boots, October 12, 2010, said allow 6-8 weeks delivery, was informed 12-05-10 they would be shipped on 12-15-10, did not receive shippment and called back to check on status, they then said they were on back order and would take another 8-12 weeks(WOW) To sum it up it takes 8 months to receive a pair of boots, that is outrageous!
If you want to purchase a pair of boots, just run down to your local store and buy them, don't wait on these idiots.
They would not even offer anything comparable(Really terrible customer service, not even a phone call, or a postcard or letter any correspondence at all would have helped, but no. In the New Year either these companies are either going to deliver what trhey promised or are not going to get my business.
