I ordered boots in October of 2010 and was told they were on back order and would be shipped on 12/14/2010. I waited a couple of days and did not hear from them, so I again called them. I was told then they would ship on 12/20/2010. Again after not hearing from them I called once more and was told they would be shipped 8 to 12 weeks. These people are liars. Very bad customer service. Don't walk RUN from this company. Spend your money at some other company like Whites Boots in Spokane WA.

OMG! I will never buy a pair of Lucchese Boots again, I am so upset, frustrated and dismayed at the audacity of this company. If I would have know how they treat customers they could have kept their over priced crap. After buying two pair and returning them to the Cavanders in Houston because they squeaked enough to embarrass me I sent my $750 pair of Crocodile boots to the company to have them repaired. I was told they would be back to me by Feb 22. Feb 27 I contacted them and the rep I was dealing with the whole time asked for my mailing address again and said they would be sent out that week. Mar 5th still no boots and after emailing for the 5th time no return email. I had thought all my life that this was the brand to own, sadly not. With me they have tarnished the brand and I will buy anything else but Lucchese in the future.
Today July the 20th I recieved my boots back at Cavanders in Mc Allen Texas i regret to say Im dissapointed in the work that was done on my boots as you can see by my photos I WAS MORE THAN DISAPOINTED!
I expect this from an inferior company like justin or something cheap, my son bought two pairs and they were great but this is just sad. Is this the quality I should expect?
